When you send an inquiry, CPG Regs saves your name, email address, phone number, project description, selected service and preliminary estimate, submission time, and any optional information you provide. If you arrive through an Insights article, its title identifier may be included.

We use this information to respond, discuss potential work, and evaluate an engagement.

Please provide only a general description. Do not include confidential documents or use this form for urgent deadlines. Sending an inquiry does not establish legal representation.

The inquiry form uses a temporary security cookie to help verify submissions. It expires after 30 minutes and is not used for advertising. For abuse prevention, the site temporarily stores a salted hash derived from your IP address in short-lived rate-limit records. The inquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may separately keep operational logs.

Analytics and online payments are planned additions. Before enabling either, we will update this notice to describe the providers, information collected, and how it is used.

Inquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted 12 months after submission, except for information retained for applicable legal or professional obligations. To ask about your information or request deletion, email info@cpgregs.com.
