What is priced separately?
Formal label reviews, contract drafting, some applications, negotiations, full compliance assessments, disputes, enforcement, recalls and litigation.
Scheduling and program terms
Prebook calls, with 24-hour notice for changes where practical. Emails are acknowledged within two business days; completing the requested work may take longer. Unused monthly time does not carry forward. Additional work and fees require advance agreement, and the plan does not renew automatically.
After three months, Launch Counsel can be canceled with 30 days’ notice without a cancellation penalty. Billing during the notice period and any refunds are addressed in the written engagement agreement.
